Foskey Heating & Air offers customers an annual maintenance agreement that includes a set number of inspections each year for an annual fee (varies per unit and number of units). Contract customers receive priority response on all service calls and a courtesy reminder for scheduling maintenance. By performing regular maintenance on Lowcountry HVAC units, Foskey can help customers prolong the life of the unit and ultimately save them money.

With regular maintenance, technicians are able to test pressures that would indicate the overall operating capabilities of the system and resolve possible issues – before they become expensive problems. Most times changing filters and keeping the drain lines clean, help prevent common issues like water damage. We provide our customers with a checklist that acts as a guide, explaining the health of their system.
