Our Story: A Lowcountry HVAC Company Since 2006

For more than 25 years, South Carolina native Mike Foskey has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry right here in the Lowcountry. In 2006, Mike and his wife, Christine, founded Foskey Heating & Air, a Lowcountry HVAC company built around a simple idea: provide honest, high-quality HVAC repairs, recommend replacement only when it is truly necessary, and treat every customer like a friend and neighbor.

Local Roots and a Commitment to Service

Mike began his HVAC career on Hilton Head Island after serving our country in the United States Coast Guard from 1994 to 1997. His years working in the HVAC industry throughout the Lowcountry gave him firsthand experience with the unique heating, cooling, humidity, and indoor comfort needs of homes and businesses in our coastal climate.

For the past 20 years, Foskey Heating & Air has proudly served customers throughout Beaufort County and Jasper County, including Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort, Okatie, Hardeeville, Ridgeland, Port Royal, and surrounding Lowcountry communities.
