Why might you need to upgrade or install a new HVAC system? Here are some common reasons:
- The refrigerant R22 (Freon) was banned in new systems back in 2010, and the US will phase out Freon manufacturing and import altogether in 2020. This means if your system was installed prior to 2010, you’ll need to look into replacing or retrofitting.
- You’re building a new home and want to be sure the HVAC system is properly sized for your needs.
- Your current HVAC system is old and has stopped working
