I meet the eligibility requirements when submitting my entry.

I confirm that I am at least fourteen (14) years old on the date I submit this entry. I understand that individuals under fourteen are not eligible, even with parent/guardian consent.

I am the only human writer of the entry’s lyrics and music. There are no outside co-writers. My entry is not entirely AI-generated, and I have identified the human-created portions and disclosed AI and third-party assistance.

I understand that the paragraph is judged only if no eligible jingle meets the published minimum qualifying score. The prize is $1,000 under either award path.

I understand that, if selected as the jingle winner, I must complete the separate rights-clearance and assignment process. If selected as the paragraph fallback winner, I grant only the agreed paragraph-publication permission and do not transfer jingle rights.

I authorize internal handling of my entry for Contest administration as described in the Rules. This does not authorize public use of a non-winning entry.
